I have been seeing Hector for about 8 years now. He has a friendly and warm personality that puts anyone at ease. Although he always asks about where problems might be at the start of the massage, he has an intuitive ability to find the problem areas through touch and understanding the energy flows and patterns of the body. He applies a mix of Swedish, Thai and Reiki, and sometimes his own inventions that fit at the right moment. Every session is like the first, he keeps his approach fresh and applies the technique that he feels is the most appropriate for what he is sensing as he works his way through the session. I keep going back to Hector because his energy connects with mine, and that's just something you have to experience to know what it means. At the end of each session, my body always feels renewed and I'm ready to face the world again. I highly recommend Hector if you're looking for a strong massage and someone who will understand your body.

Having been a fan of massage therapy for more than 30 years in three different states, I can honestly say that Hector Mota is the very best massage therapist I have ever had work on me. I’ve been having massage sessions with Hector for more than 4 years. I started treatments with him because I’ve had reoccurring lower back pain for a decades. I have been working with Hector Mota since 2012, my first year out of retirement from Track & Field; attempting to qualify for the 2012 Olympic Track & Field Championship.
