I’ve been having massage sessions with Hector for more than 4 years. I started treatments with him because I’ve had reoccurring lower back pain for a decades. I have been seeing Hector for about 8 years now. He has a friendly and warm personality that puts anyone at ease. Although he always asks about where problems might be at the start of the massage, he has an intuitive ability to find the problem areas through touch and understanding the energy flows and patterns of the body. I have been working with Hector Mota since 2012, my first year out of retirement from Track & Field; attempting to qualify for the 2012 Olympic Track & Field Championship. As a world class track & field athlete, I'm required to put a lot of TLC on my body due to all the wear and tear it goes through on a daily basis for my training regimen. Working with Hector and his various massage styles allowed me to be able perform at the level I needed when competing or routine training. Hector's massages provides my body with a good "tune-up" or immediate maintenance as needed without being too aggressive or subtle.
