Having been a fan of massage therapy for more than 30 years in three different states, I can honestly say that Hector Mota is the very best massage therapist I have ever had work on me. On more than one occasion, I have injured myself and called him on the way to the Emergency Room only to change my mind and drive his direction where he ended up saving me a lot of money, pain and frustration after a session or two.

I have been seeing Hector for about 8 years now. He has a friendly and warm personality that puts anyone at ease. Although he always asks about where problems might be at the start of the massage, he has an intuitive ability to find the problem areas through touch and understanding the energy flows and patterns of the body. He applies a mix of Swedish, Thai and Reiki, and sometimes his own inventions that fit at the right moment. I have been working with Hector Mota since 2012, my first year out of retirement from Track & Field; attempting to qualify for the 2012 Olympic Track & Field Championship. I’ve been having massage sessions with Hector for more than 4 years. I started treatments with him because I’ve had reoccurring lower back pain for a decades.
